Have a laugh!

Well there hasn't been a lot to laugh about in the news just lately. All kinds of disasters have been happening around the world and the papers have been full of bad news stories.

Sometimes it's good to lighten things up a bit with some laughter.

When we laugh, our brains release some 'feel good' chemicals into our bodies and we relax, and feel happier and more energetic.

We feel more able to cope with our problems and feel more positive about our relationships with others.

So, what makes us laugh?
